Overview
Quickseller is a three-sided e-commerce platform serving vendors, dispatch riders, and everyday buyers all in one connected system.
Problem
Each user group needed something different: vendors needed to sell, riders needed to deliver efficiently, and buyers needed a smooth path from search to checkout. Most platforms optimize for one side and neglect the rest.
Solution
Designed the full buyer journey search, cart, checkout, feedback alongside a dispatch rider dashboard with GPS tracking and real-time order management. Worked in sprints with devs and PMs, keeping the experience responsive and consistent across web and mobile.
