A real estate partnership platform connecting property managers, investors, and first-time users designed solo, from research to final pixel.
Problem
Property investment and transactions are notoriously opaque and paperwork-heavy. Partners and first-time users needed clarity into listings, portfolios, and a KYC process that usually feels like a wall.
Solution
Ran user research across partners, property managers, and first-timers to map real workflows, then designed data-rich dashboards and interactive prototypes for listings, portfolios, and transactions. Streamlined onboarding and KYC into a guided flow turning a traditionally intimidating process into something approachable.
