Overview
A multi-account banking app that lets users manage several accounts without the endless login dance. Co-designed alongside a cross-functional team, built for iOS and Android from day one.
Problem
Switching between multiple bank accounts usually means logging out and back in a friction point that kills trust in financial apps. Users needed one seamless space to move money, top up airtime, and manage accounts without breaking flow.
Solution
Designed a fluid account-switching experience that keeps users in one continuous session, while maintaining platform-native feel across iOS and Android. Worked closely with devs and PMs on handoff, then iterated on real user feedback to simplify complex financial workflows into something people could actually trust.
